How It Works: The Auction Process
Step 1: Discover Your Prospect
Our auction catalog features hand-selected sport horses, each evaluated for quality, movement, and rideability.
Whether you found us through our social media updates, direct horse listings, or industry partners, every horse listed is currently available for evaluation prior to the opening of bidding.
- Browse the Catalog: Explore detailed video packages, conformational photos, and descriptions for each horse.
- Stay Updated: Follow our listings closely, as each auction operates on a fixed timeline.
Step 2: Apply for Bidding Approval
We prioritize placing our horses in environments where they will thrive. Because our listings represent top-tier prospects, bidding is restricted to approved accounts.
To apply for bidding privileges:
- Create Your Account: Visit the Register / Account Page to set up your profile with your contact details.
- Consultation Call: Schedule a brief phone call to discuss the horse’s suitability for your specific goals.
Note: Bidding access is granted only after your rider profile and facility details have been reviewed and approved.
Step 3: Placing Bids & The Auction Clock
Once your bidder profile is approved, you are cleared to participate when the auction goes live.
- Transparent Bidding: Log into your account on the product page to enter your bids in real time.
- Soft-Close / Extended Bidding: To ensure fairness and eliminate last-second “bid sniping,” our auctions feature a dynamic soft-close. If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes of an auction, the timer automatically extends by 3 additional minutes. The clock will continue to reset until all bidding activity stops.
Step 4: Post-Auction & Private Transfer
Once the final bid is placed and the auction closes, everything from contracts to payment and transport is handled privately with our team.
